  Week long summer camps
are offered at Fox Run Stables to introduce children
to the fundamentals of basic horsemanship. This program is designed
for beginner or intermediate riders. We work on all aspects of
horsemanship with the utmost safety in mind, starting with the basic
fundamentals of horsemanship and progressing to over fences if so
desired. We offer a variety of breeds that are used in our English
riding program. Students are matched with the horse that fits their
personality and riding ability. We stress safety first, as each
rider will be required to wear a helmet and boots with a heel.

The week long session runs daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. The classes are designed with the novice rider
in mind and we cover basics in grooming, tacking, riding, and
general horse care. The cost of the program is $300.00. This includes lessons &
equipment. Class size is limited to first come first serve.
